All sales are final for customized or personalized items.
Please leave your personalization in the note to seller section during checkout. Please double check your personalization - We copy and paste so your order will be made as it is written.
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect personalization, please let us know within 72 Hours of Delivery. Please message us a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, along with a description to qualify for a free replacement. We will ship your replacement ASAP.
How do I give you the personalization (date,name,text etc.) for my order? I placed my order and forgot to leave my personalization, what do I do?
During the checkout process, there is a Note to Seller section to leave us a message with any personalization.

Make sure you are logged into Etsy. Go to “You”in the top righthand corner, then “purchases and reviews”, and then to the right of the item(s) you purchased from us, click on Contact The Shop.
A Conversation box will pop up and reference your order. Please send us a message with the information needed for your order. We can note the order for you.
What do I do if I place an order and then need to cancel or get a refund because I changed my mind and the order has NOT shipped yet?
Make sure you are logged into Etsy. Go to “You” in the top right hand corner, then “purchases and reviews”, and then to the right of the item(s) you purchased from us, click on Contact The Shop.
A Conversation box will pop up and reference your order. Please send us a message and request to cancel/refund your order.
If it’s a timing issue, you can always ask us if we can get something to you sooner! Doesn’t hurt to ask! We will let you know if it’s possible and what our options are.
We ship to the address provided to us when you complete your purchase. If you have multiple addresses on accounts (PayPal vs Etsy) please do confirm your order has the address to which you want the package to ship. If you need the package to go to a different address than you submitted with your order, please include that address in comments at check-out.* Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If the package gets returned due to an incorrect address, you Will be Responsible for the shipping charges to reship the package to you.
***Purchasing multiple items, on one order, all going to the SAME address, is fine! :) If you would like gifts to be shipped to different addresses, you will need to please place and order for each gift going to a different address. Thank you!
Custom and personalized orders
We can ship anywhere but shipping rates are higher outside the United States.
The US postal service is our primary carrier. We ship via First Class Mail which generally takes 2-5 days to reach you. You will receive a delivery confirmation number for US orders. Our tracking numbers are not issued until the product is actually shipped.
All non-USA destination orders are shipped via the US Postal Service for which there is no delivery confirmation.
How long until I receive my item once I've ordered?
We are ****currently processing orders in approximately 1 week. That means from order date to ship date. Then an additional 2-5 days for shipping within the US and approximately 1 to 2 weeks for shipping outside the US.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
